Rox Execute
The complete institutional execution stack: matching engine, market making, algorithmic trading, smart order routing, OTC environment, and FIX connectivity for broker infrastructure.
MATCHING ENGINE
Institutional trading without the vendor patchwork
Rox Execute is the trading layer of the platform. At its core is a matching engine, the system that pairs buyers with sellers, built to institutional standards of speed and fairness, surrounded by market making, algorithmic trading, and smart order routing to the venue with the best available price.
Large transactions can trade in a private OTC environment, negotiated over the counter at an agreed price, so a big order never moves the market against the client. Desks connect through the FIX API they already run, and every trade executes against custody the institution controls.
The trading layer does not end at the fill. Full broker infrastructure ships alongside the venue itself, and each completed trade hands off directly to clearing on the same platform, so execution, settlement and custody form one pipeline rather than a chain of separate vendors.
How Rox Execute flows
Connect
Desks plug in through the FIX API they already run.
Quote and price
Market-making tools keep continuous two-sided prices on every book.
Route and match
Orders route to the best available execution, openly or privately.
Execute against custody and clear
Trades execute against your custody and clear the same day.
The problems it solves
Execution is disconnected from custody
01On most venues, trading requires moving assets out of safe custody and onto an exchange first. Rox Execute trades against custody you control, so assets are never parked in someone else's risk.
Fragmented liquidity, inconsistent prices
02Prices for the same asset differ across venues, and finding the best one manually is impossible at speed. Smart order routing checks the options and directs each order to the best available execution automatically.
Large orders punish the trader
03A block order placed on an open book signals intent and moves the price before it fills. The OTC environment and algorithmic execution let size trade discreetly and in controlled slices.
Digital assets should not require new plumbing
04Institutional desks run on established order and execution systems. FIX API connectivity lets them trade digital assets through the same interfaces they already trust, with no parallel stack to build.

How Rox Execute works
Connect
Desks connect through the FIX API or platform interfaces, with broker infrastructure supporting client accounts, permissions, and order flow.
Quote and price
Market-making tools keep books quoted with continuous buy and sell prices, so there is always a market to trade against.
Route and match
Orders are routed to the best available execution and matched in the engine. Large or sensitive orders can execute through algorithms or privately in the OTC environment.
Execute against custody and clear
Trades execute against assets held in custody the institution controls, so nothing has to be pre-positioned on an external venue. Completed trades then pass straight to Rox Clear, where asset and payment settle together the same day with no leg risk.
Beyond the point solutions
Execution-only platforms route orders, then leave custody, settlement, and compliance to other vendors. Rox Execute trades against custody you control and settles T+0 on your own chain, with no leg risk.
