Rox Network is a complete domestic card scheme and switch: the scheme is the rulebook and brand of a card network, and the switch is the machinery that routes each payment to the right bank in real time. It hands the economics, the rules, and the transaction data of domestic payments back to the market that runs them.

Acceptance covers every way people pay: tap-to-pay, SoftPOS that turns an ordinary merchant phone into a terminal, a store POS suite, and hosted e-commerce checkout, with every transaction settling T+0 on chain. A market can go from no domestic scheme to cards working in shops, on phones, and online, on one platform.

The economics stay home too. Interchange and merchant fees are computed by the scheme's own economics engine, so the pricing of the national payment system is set domestically, on domestic terms. And because no foreign settlement infrastructure sits in the loop, there is no multi-day clearing cycle waiting behind the authorization.

Banks issue cards under the domestic brand

Participating banks issue physical NFC cards and phone-based cards under the network's own brand, with lifecycle, limits, and controls managed on the platform.

Merchants accept everywhere, with or without hardware

Payments arrive from a tap on a card machine, a merchant's own phone running SoftPOS, a sale on the store POS, or the online checkout gateway. Every channel enters the same network.

The switch routes, scores, and prices each payment

The transaction is routed to the issuing bank and simultaneously scored against the cardholder's own behavioural baseline in under a millisecond, approving, stepping up, or declining without slowing the payment. In the same flow, interchange, the fee paid between banks, and the merchant discount rate are computed per transaction by rules the scheme operator sets and can tune.
